Nomination & Selection Process

Every year, during the months of July, August and September, houses are nominated by the Commission for these sections of town: East - North, Central, South and West - North, Central and South. After the homes are judged by the Commission, winners are selected from each section.

During those months, residents can nominate neighbors who spend hours sprucing up their yard and doing exterior home improvements for the Property of the Month sponsored by Romeoville’s Beautification Commission. To nominate a home, email Lisa Lynch or call her at 815-886-5022.

Winners will receive a plaque and will be recognized at a reception in the fall.
